How did he stay in office so long? Contrary to popular belief your vote does NOT count in the presidential election unless you live in a "swing state" thanks to our Electoral College.
what that means is if the majority of people in your state vote republican the whole state votes republican. here in KS we are ALWAYS republican.
the 2000 election the real winner of votes (but not electoral votes due to our fucked up system), Al Gore, won a Nobel Peace prize. The Numb-nut above while in office started a war without UN Backing that pissed off the world enough that at one point over 20% of europeans were boycotting all US products.
I assume it also made it very easy for terrorist organizations in and around Iraq to recruit people to defend their country and force us out of the region. Think about it, if Canada invaded and held the US like we are doing to Iraq, how would you feel about Canada? would you be willing to fight to defend your home?
